Since the qualification of the Notes offering by the SEC, the proceeds from the note sales have facilitated the funding of a total of 169 loans. As of October 31, 2024, 79 have successfully repaid their principal, while 90 remain outstanding. The funds have been allocated to 44 distinct borrowers across 14 states.
The current active portfolio includes 49 commercial loans and 41 residential loans, with a diversified project composition of 29 acquisition loans, 22 development loans, and 39 construction loans.If a loan does not include a LTV this is due to appraisal waiver that Connect Invest signed based upon independent appraisal or other independent property valuation
